My word for 2013: Focus

I first heard of this concept HERE several years ago.

My past words have been:  Endure, Rest, Truth.

 

Focus on my 2013 Resolutions 

{James 2:14-18}

 

Focus my heart on God and His purposes for my life

{Matthew 5:13-16}

 

Focus my finances on His good works and seek to be a better steward of the gifts He has granted.

  {Luke 12:48} {Matthew 6:24}

 

Focus on God's kind of love and sharing it with those that pass through my world.

{1 Corinthians 13:13}

 

"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love.  But the greatest of these is love." 1 Cor 13:13

 

 

Faith is the foundation and content of God's message.

 

Hope is the attitude and focus.

 

Love is unselfish service to others.

 

Love requires ACTION!
