Frogs

These frogs live in the overflow canal behind our house.  It doesn't always have water in it this time of year but this year it does.  And thus frogs...

These frogs live their whole lives back there in this small canal. 

They have no idea that their world is small. 

It's their world.

It provides all they need.  

They aren't sitting around wondering if their canal is nicer than their neighbors.

They aren't dwelling on the has beens or the should haves or the would have beens.

They are just living each day,

right where they are,

with just want they need.

A lesson in living the simple life from frogs.  Who knew?
